Christopher Dettewiler is an awesome Attorney. He is a showman, a professional, and feels like a long time friend or a day one family member. Working with him and his administration on my DWI Case reminded me of the time I spent in the Army with my battle buddies. We had a great time, they kept my spirits up, and actually gave a damn about me, my case, and the effect it was having in my private and professional life. In the end I was proven innocent and am free to travel back overseas back to my wife and my career without the fear of losing my life's work and future goals. Chris and his office will fight for you and/or beside you. The most important thing to me is that after the fight Chris and his office will still be there to make sure you're OK, and laugh it off with you. I would recommend Christopher Dettewiler to all of of my military and contracting piers if they ever find themselves in need of an attorney and a battle buddy.

I've known Chris for some time. Approximately 7+ years on Civil matters and very slight criminal matters.
Chris is not a big believer in my opinion, on disposing cases to move on to the next case, it's not in his DNA. IF you know Chris, even the Judges ask, "when are you going to run for Election". He's well respected by his peers, and his staff is amazing as well.
Most people gauge an Attorney by the outcome of the case, true, but Chris uses the letter of the law, he tosses and turns EVERYTHING. Afterall, the District Attorney uses the very same "books" to charge people with. So it's fair to say that Chris uses the same, and what an outcome. Nothing is ever guaranteed in Court, Judges and Lawyers included. But he practices what the General Statues have written, and that's a big thing. I remain, Joseph Chaisson
